- Personalization EXACTLY as you would like to appear on tag (Name, Number, Etc)
2) Add the item to your cart and complete check-out. Any additional instructions can be given to us in the notes box at check-out.
To avoid delays, be sure to give us all of the info we need to complete your order. If no design or color changes are given, we will create your design as shown in the example image.
Need a proof? Let us know! Proofs are available by request only and will be sent through the Etsy message system within 3 days of your order. Production time will begin after you approve your proof.
