<span class="Style13">Commissions FRTP IDF</dfn></u></font></span></p>

<li><strong>Commission Sociale</strong></li>
</ul>
<p class="Style23">En tant que Président de la commission sociale, Philippe Seitz rend compte des négociations salariales qui se sont tenues le 4 décembre dernier à la FRTP IDF.<br>
La recommandation FNTP, approuvée par le conseil d’administration de la FRTP IDF, était de limiter, pour cette année, les augmentations entre +0,5% et +1%. <br>
A la suite des discussions, il a été proposé une augmentation moyenne de +1% (ETAM, CNRO, IPD et Panier). L’accord a été signé en séance par la CFDT. Il est ouvert à signature jusqu’au 18 décembre 2009. Il faut tenir compte ensuite, du droit d’opposition qui peut s’exercer jusqu’au 4 janvier 2010. <br>
Etaient entre autres, présents à ces négociations : Philippe Poirier – nouveau vice-président de la commission sociale -, Bernard Gernez et un représentant des SCOP. <br>
<br>
S’ensuit une discussion sur les négociations salariales dans les entreprises. Pour certaines, elles ont lieu en avril; pour d’autres, elles sont en cours. <br>
<br>
Par ailleurs, il est précisé qu’en matière social, les sujets de demain s’orientent vers la discrimination et le stress.</p>
<ul class="Style23">
<li><strong>Commission Économique</strong></li>
</ul>
<p class="Style23">La prochaine réunion de la commission économique a lieu le 11 décembre 09. <br>
En ce qui concerne le niveau d’activité, Alain Marchand évoque les dernières statistiques FNTP qui annoncent une amélioration. Malgré tout, force est de constater que les prix restent bas, même avec un volume d’activité important. Cette politique de prix bas continue d’inquiéter les entreprises, et elles s’en font l’écho. <br>
Une réunion a été organisée par la FNTP sur le sujet. Et certains préfets s’en sont émus également et l’ont écrit. Les courriers en question vous seront adressés ultérieurement. <br>
<br>
D’autre part, le « guide pour le jugement des offres » DIRIF est remis aux membres du Bureau pour avis à transmettre à la FRTP IDF.

<li class="Style23"><strong>Représentant Bouygues TP</strong></li>
</ul>
<p class="Style23">Alain Marchand propose que Bertrand Burtschell participe au conseil d’administration du Syndicat, étant le nouveau responsable de Bouygues TP pour l’Ile-de-France. Son statut serait celui de « personnalité qualifiée ».<br>
Cette proposition est approuvée.</p>

<li class="Style23"><strong>Plaquette</strong></li>
</ul>
<p class="Style23">Une première version de la plaquette présentant le Syndicat, est remise en séance.<br>
La version définitive devrait arriver dans les jours prochains et sera adressée à tous les clients conjointement à la carte de vœux. <br>

<li class="Style23"><strong>Carte de vœux 2010</strong></li>
</ul>
<p class="Style23">Alain Marchand présente la carte de vœux 2010 du Syndicat. Il précise qu’elle annonce, comme l’année précédente, la date et le lieu de l’Assemblée Générale : mercredi 7 avril 2010 à partir de 16H pour la partie statutaire, et 17H pour la partie intervention extérieure qui devrait porter sur la judiciarisation des affaires et compter sur la participation d’avocats.
